Caoe River sluice project is located at the Estuary on South Bank of Jianshan Bay Qiantang River. The has comprehensive utilization moisture-proof (flood), waterlogging control, water resources development and utilization, as well improving environment shipping. completion Cao’e Sluice Project improved flood control capacity main stream (below Shangpu sluice), drainage plain Basin, navigation guarantee rate Hangzhou Ningbo canal section canal. regulation an important impact above functions. depends accurate analysis rainfall. Therefore, this paper analyzes rainfall in area where located, finds that it a long period 34 years small 20 years, will be dry next few years.
